Organic waste gas (Vocs) refers to benzene, alcohol, ester, phenol, aldehyde, ether, ketone, tea, benzo (a) castor and malodorous gas in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, leather production, electronic equipment, mechanical and electrical, automobile, marine, etc. There are a lot of organic waste gas emissions in the production process of other industries. Catalytic combustion is the conversion of exhaust gas into CO2, H2O and other products by catalytic oxidation on the surface of the catalyst under the environment of 200~500°C. This method can make organic waste gas purification efficiency as high as 95~99% without secondary pollution.

Industrial waste gas catalyst-VOC purification catalyst adopts honeycomb ceramics, activated alumina particles as the carrier, adopts unique coating technology, and uses platinum and palladium as the main active component to prepare for the emission treatment of organic waste gas.

VOC Technical Features:

1. The precious metals are mainly Pt or Pt and Pd;

2. The DOC slurry is configured by dipping;

3. Other auxiliary materials are added to increase the conversion rate and reduce the light-off temperature.
