HENTEKCAT is a specialized manufacturer and engineering partner for catalytic converters and emissions control solutions. We serve automotive, non-road machinery, marine power, industrial facilities, and performance vehicle markets worldwide. With deep expertise in catalyst chemistry, substrate engineering, washcoat formulation, and aftertreatment system integration, we deliver products that meet Euro 7, EPA 2027, China 7, IMO Tier III, EU Stage V, and other global emissions standards.
Headquartered with manufacturing and R&D facilities serving markets across North America, Europe, and Asia, we combine technical innovation with practical engineering. Our mission is to help customers achieve full regulatory compliance without compromising equipment performance, fuel efficiency, or operating profitability.
We manufacture ceramic honeycomb substrates (cordierite) and metallic honeycomb substrates (FeCrAlloy) for all major aftertreatment applications:
TWC for gasoline, DOC and SCR for diesel, GPF and DPF for particulate filtration. Cell densities range from 200 to 1,200 cpsi, wall thicknesses from 2 to 12 mil (0.05 to 0.30 mm). Our ultra-thin-wall substrates (2 mil, 900 cpsi) provide rapid light-off for hybrid and cold-start applications.
Our in-house formulations include Pd/Rh TWC with ceria-zirconia oxygen storage, Pt/Pd DOC for diesel oxidation, Cu-zeolite and Fe-zeolite SCR for NOx reduction, vanadia SCR for sulfur-tolerant marine/industrial applications, and ASC for NH₃ slip control. We also formulate VOC oxidation catalysts for industrial waste gas treatment. Our multi-layer coating capabilities (dip-and-blow, vacuum coating, spray coating) ensure uniform, durable catalyst layers.
We design and assemble complete aftertreatment systems: TWC+GPF (gasoline), DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC (diesel, on-highway and non-road), eHC (electrically heated catalyst for hybrids), and SCR+ASC (marine and stationary). We also offer catalytic baghouse solutions for industrial PM+NOx synchronous removal.
Our cloud-based platform provides real-time visibility of emissions system performance (NOx, temperature, DPF soot load, DEF level), predictive maintenance alerts (ash cleaning, catalyst replacement), and automated compliance reporting for EPA, EU, and China GB regulations.

Wet ESP + Low-T SCR | <5 mg/m³ | <50-100 mg/m³ | 50-80°C (WESP) + 150-250°C (SCR) | Yes | High |
Our team includes catalyst chemists, ceramic engineers, mechanical engineers, and controls specialists with decades of combined experience in emissions control. We don’t just manufacture components – we engineer complete solutions tailored to your specific engine, exhaust conditions, operating environment, and regulatory target.
From substrate extrusion and washcoat formulation to catalyst coating, canning, system assembly, and cloud platform development, we control every step of the production process. This vertical integration ensures consistent quality, faster lead times, competitive pricing, and single-source accountability for our customers.
We continuously monitor global emissions regulations and develop solutions ahead of compliance deadlines. Our products are validated to Euro 7, EPA 2027, China 7, IMO Tier III, and other standards – many of which are not yet in force, but we are ready.
No two exhaust streams are identical. We work closely with each customer to fully characterize their application: engine type, duty cycle, fuel quality (sulfur content, biodiesel blend), operating environment (temperature, altitude, dust, humidity), and regulatory limits. We then formulate the optimal catalyst composition, substrate geometry, and system architecture.
Our products undergo extensive testing before shipment: engine dynamometer (steady-state and transient), thermal cycling (1,000+ cycles from -40°C to 900°C), vibration testing (ISO 16750-3, 10-20g), salt spray corrosion (ASTM B117, 1,000+ hours), and accelerated aging (oven and engine bench). We stand behind every catalyst we manufacture with performance guarantees.
Our engineering centers serve customers across North America, Europe, and Asia. We provide on-site field support for installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training.
Emissions control is not just about meeting regulations – it is about cleaner air for communities, healthier workplaces, and environmental stewardship. At HENTEKCAT, we are committed to developing technologies that reduce harmful pollutants (NOx, PM, CO, HC, NH₃, VOCs) while enabling our customers to operate efficiently, reliably, and competitively.
We invest continuously in research and development: advanced oxygen storage materials (high-entropy oxides), low-PGM and PGM-free catalyst formulations, electrically heated catalysts for hybrid and zero-emission zones, and artificial intelligence for predictive maintenance and remote monitoring.
Whether you are an engine OEM developing a new platform, a fleet operator seeking to maintain compliance across hundreds of assets, a non-road equipment manufacturer facing Stage V or Tier 4, a marine operator needing IMO Tier III certification, an industrial facility with challenging flue gas, or a performance enthusiast looking for a high-flow TWC – HENTEKCAT has the expertise and products to support your goals.
