Equipment operates at variable loads: extended low-load idling (transport) to sustained high-load work (tillage, harvesting). Exhaust temperatures fluctuate (100°C idle to 550°C+ full load). Dust levels are extreme. Maintenance access is limited. Our systems integrate DOC, DPF, and SCR technologies into rugged packages designed for remote-field service.

Converts CO and HC, oxidizes NO to NO₂ for passive DPF regeneration and fast SCR reactions. Agricultural DOCs: higher sulfur tolerance (500–2,000 ppm) and oversized volume (20–40% larger) for extended service intervals (1,000–3,000 hours). Cordierite honeycomb with Pt/Pd washcoat.
Traps soot and ash. Agriculture sees higher soot loads and higher oil consumption (1–3% vs. 0.05–0.1% on-road). Wall-flow cordierite or SiC substrate, >99% filtration. Service life: 3,000–8,000 hours before ash cleaning.
Primary NOx removal (>130 kW). Cu-zeolite (175–500°C) preferred. DEF dosing system must handle extended idle. Tank size: 20–100 L. Conversion efficiency: 90–95%.
Final NH₃ slip polishing, especially important for operator exposure. Pt on alumina, often integrated with SCR brick.
